Goodbye Orlando!

Well, we spent our last day in our house on Rotuma Street today cleaning it up, painting, and getting things ready for our new tenants.  Julie and I shared many a wonderful day there along with a few sad times.  But now it is time for us to move on and we are doing so with much anticipation to a new and wonderful life together in Tennessee.  This old house looks so big now that everything is out of it and of course we are saying, "Why are we leaving this place now?"  But we know why.

Sharing thoughts

Found this when I was searching around the Internet for something and saved it because it so much reminded me of us. And that is all that needs to be said.

I love you.

New Jeep

Okay, if nothing else this has been sort of a collection of very random thoughts scattered through out time.

So now I have just purchased a new 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. The Unlimited makes the model a 4 door. The color is Green Metallic and we have nicknamed it 'Greenbean'. This one came with the hardtop but I have ordered a combo soft top from Off Road Heros. The ORH top is the best soft top option there is because you can use it so many different ways.

There are several things I have laready done to it, like changed out the air cleaner to a more free flowing one and I also replaced the OEM muffler with a Cat-Back free flow system. This lets the engine produce just a little more horsepower but more importantly, it gives the Jeep a mucho better sound so that is does not sound like a Singer sewing machine in overdrive.

More to come as I order some additional pieces and get them installed.
